Refund Conditions:

Our listing services include creating optimized listings to boost your product visibility and sales. Once the listing work is completed and delivered, the service is considered fulfilled. Refunds will not be provided once the listings are finalized and sent to you, unless there is a clear error on our part.

If you are not satisfied with the listing services provided, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery for us to address your concerns. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in the service being considered fully accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

If you request a refund before the 30-day mark of the ungating process, a 30% early termination fee will apply to cover our team’s efforts and costs.

You are eligible for a full refund after 90 days if we have not secured the required category approval.

Once your Amazon account is approved for the requested restricted categories, you will be notified via email from support@growithuss.com or ungateguru@gmail.com. The subject line will read “Approved” or will continue in the same email thread used for prior communication.

The category selected on our website at the time of purchase is the only category we will work on. This category will be listed on your receipt after payment.

Our PPC services aim to maximize your ad performance on Amazon. Once the PPC campaign is set up and active, refunds are not available.

If you wish to cancel PPC services mid-campaign, you must provide notice at least 14 days in advance. We will stop all PPC activities, but no refunds will be given for the services already rendered.

Any concerns regarding PPC performance should be communicated to us promptly so we can make necessary adjustments.

 

 

Shipping and Delivery:

Since we provide digital services for Amazon ungating, there are no physical products to ship or deliver. Once you purchase our service, we begin working on your request immediately.

Service Delivery:

  • Upon receiving your order and required documentation, we will initiate the ungating process within 24 hours.
  • The estimated time for completion of the ungating process is typically 7-10 business days, depending on the complexity and responsiveness of Amazon.
  • You will receive updates on the status of your ungating request via email, and we will notify you as soon as the approval is granted.

Acceptance of Service:

If you do not respond within 48 hours after receiving notification that your ungating, listing, or PPC services have been completed, the service will be considered accepted and fully delivered.

If you have further concerns, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the service completion notification.

Additional Considerations:

Refunds will not be granted for buyer’s remorse after purchasing any of our services.

We will not refund or switch categories or marketplaces once the ungating process has begun. Please ensure you select the correct service and marketplace before purchasing.

Inaccurate or constantly changing account information provided by the client during the service process may result in the forfeiture of your refund rights.
